Rebecca Faber

Rebecca Faber has practiced exclusively in the area of family law for many years.  In addition, she has broad experience in other areas of law including personal injury litigation, real estate, and estates.

Ms. Faber holds an Associate of Arts (Business Administration) from Camosun College (1987), a Bachelor of Arts (History, English) from the University of Victoria (1990), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria (1993). She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1994.

Ms. Faber has been a volunteer judge and guest speaker for the University of Victoria Law School and a guest instructor for the Professional Legal Training Course. She has conducted numerous trials and chambers applications and has presented cases and appeared at every level of court, including the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal, in family law matters.
