Dalmar F. Tracy

Dalmar Tracy has practiced family law in Victoria for more than 30 years.

Mr. Tracy graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1985 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1986.

Mr. Tracy has extensive training in alternate dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law, and has negotiated numerous complex parenting, support, and property settlements. Mr. Tracy has been accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia as a Family Law Mediator, a Family Law Arbitrator, and a Parenting Coordinator.

Mr. Tracy also has very extensive experience as a trial lawyer in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and has conducted numerous family law appeals both in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and in the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
